Tech support for my parish

For eight years I served at my church, more than 832 volunteer hours.

Later I became the only tech support at Our Lady Queen of Heaven parish. I ran the website, moved historical paper records into an online archive, and replaced paper workflows with web forms.

I handled accounts, Wi-Fi, printing, and network problems, and I helped elderly and Spanish-speaking members reach the livestreamed Mass. It taught me to explain technology patiently to anyone.
